For Students

A career choice that makes sense.

Do you like to work with your hands?  Not real indoor sitting in one place type of person?  Would you like to earn an income that is much more than the average person?  Have no college debt?

Consider the Plumbing & HVAC trades as a viable career option!

UPHCA is now sponsoring an online Apprenticeship Academy as well as offering scholarships for high school seniors.

With the support of the UPHCA Board of Directors the association has created an Apprenticeship Academy with online curriculum.  For more information go to the tab Apprenticeship Academy.

The association members are proud to offer (3) scholarships each year for up to $1,000/year paid to the Utah trade school of his/her choice that has a plumbing apprenticeship program. This scholarship is good for the 4 years the student is in a plumbing apprentice program and is for tuition/books for the student. The student must maintain a B average each semester to qualify each year. To receive a scholarship application please email the UPHCA Executive Director at dave@uphca.net and an application will be sent back to you.
