Please be aware of the following guidelines from the Bountiful Golf Course.
- This tournament is a shot gun starting promptly at 7:30 am.
- To accommodate the start time and ensure those who are staffing the sponsored holes please be at the golf course between 6:00 – 6:30 am, this takes patience and time. The Golf Course staff will take you to your hole along with items you need. No chairs and tables at the holes are provided. Please check in with me at the front patio of the club house and we’ll I’ll arrange for the staff to take you to your hole. Players will need to check in at the registration desk inside the southwest corner of the clubhouse. Holes, #1, #2, #10, #13 & #18 are ones that can be accessed either by the clubhouse or through the south end of the course through a gate on Bountiful Blvd.
- Please be aware that the golf course has restrictions regarding giving out treats/drinks. Small food items and giveaways are permissible and must be prepacked. NO alcoholic beverages are allowed to be given out. If you have questions let me know.
- A sponsored drink and snack cart will be going around the course during the tournament.
- A lite breakfast will be available at the club house prior to the tournament and lunch will be available at the bowery at the end of the parking lot starting approximately 12:30 pm. Each hole sponsor includes 2 meal tickets. If you need additional meal tickets you can purchase them online or at the event. They are $25/person.
- If you have an item(s) for the raffle, please let me know and provide these prior to the start of the tournament. We will be doing the raffle during lunch.
- Please confirm with me if there are any changes to those who will be on the hole.
- We will be handing out the individual golf gifts (bling) at the end of the tournament. If any of the sponsors have additional items to give to the players please let me know.
- A photographer will be available during the day to take photos of foursomes and tournament. The sponsor of the photographer will have their logo on all photos.
- *NEW* Hole in One on the 5th hole, par 3. Sponsorship is available for this. The lucky person who succeeds in getting a hole in one will receive a 2023 HONDA TALON 1000RS!!! (Value $20,000)

None of these networking and social opportunities would be possible without the contribution of the UPHCA’s generous sponsors. A golf hole or beverage cart sponsorship is a great way to show and demonstrate your support of the UPHCA, and in exchange, we’ll help you get your company name out in front of potential clients and customers. All sponsors will have their company representative introduce themselves and their company at each event they sponsor, and will also be listed in all promotional conference material. All sponsors of the Golf Tournament will have their logos on the UPHCA Event Page.
