DISCLAIMER: Rates for "Contract Review Pricing for UPHCA Members" are special rates that Trevor Furner, of Babcock Scott & Babcock, P.C., has agreed to provided members of UPHCA for 2025 and are subject to change. These rates include a review of the subcontract agreement where you would be provided with notes and suggested revisions. These rates do not include contract negotiations. If additional work is needed, it will be done at the hourly rate of $250 per hour. Prior to any contract review being performed, you will have to clear a conflict-of-interest review, sign an engagement letter, and pay a retainer. In the event you do not clear a conflict-of-interest review, you will be provided with referrals to other local construction attorneys (the above stated rates would not apply).
